Boxie receives the order from delivery apps and online ordering sites directly or through integration partners.
Boxie automatically assigns a locker to the order. The locker shows on screen the customer's name, logo of the ordering app and a message saying that the order is being prepared.
The staff places the items in the locker and presses the "ready" button. Boxie signals the delivery apps and sends an open link via SMS to the customer indicating that the order is ready for pickup.
Customers and delivery drivers can quickly open the locker using either the locker's touch screen or directly from their phones with the SMS link.
