Boxie smart lockers enable seamless retrieval of food orders by both customers and delivery drivers.

Order is sent to a locker

When an order is received, an empty locker is automaticallty assigned to it, and both the front and back screens of the locker display the relevant order information.

Start placing items

Begin placing the various items in the corresponding locker, knowing that the door will remain locked until the entire order is ready for pickup.

Press the button when ready

Upon pressing the "Order Ready" button inside the locker, the screen turns green, the customer receives a text notification and the order status is updated in the POS.

Quick Training

Training new employees on the Boxie smart locker system is exceptionally quick and straightforward. The system's intuitive design and user-friendly interface allow staff members to become proficient in just a few minutes.

Smart Assignment

Boxie smart lockers boast an AI assignment system where incoming orders are instantly allocated to an available locker without requiring any manual intervention from staff.

Back Display

In addition to the front screen, every locker also has an illuminated screen on the back that displays essential order information to the behind-the-counter staff.

Electronic Keys

With the provided electronic key cards, staff members can effortlessly open the lockers without the need for passwords or codes.

For added convenience, the Boxie Admin app allows easy management of key access, enabling the addition or removal of keys as needed.
